Nicole Grew up in rural Woodbury Connecticut. She loves her bicycle, and that giant part of life humans refer to as nature.

She has loved making picture books since she was three.

While attending Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA), Nicole went from nature studies in Ireland to painting murals with Baltimore inner city kids.

Nicole graduated with a BFA in 2006, and currently works as a freelance illustrator and muralist. She just moved from a living co-oporative in New York called Ant Hill, and misses it very much! She now resides in Connecticut and longs for Critical Mass.
